Bonza is a recruitment agency based in Victoria, they specialise in recruiting for technical roles Australia wide. The website redesign was focused on modernising the existing website and appealing to both job seekers and employers. The website is built on WordPress and integrates with JobAdder to showcase the latest job postings.

Branding

A rename and rebrand led to the new logo for Bonza, formerly Red Resources. The new logo was based on the existing Red Resources brand with a new logotype and colour palette. The website integrates this new brand with a monochrome colour palette and utilises the circular brand throughout the design elements of the site. The language of the site reflects the laid back no-nonsense communication that makes Bonza stand out amongst other recruitment agencies.

UX Design

The UX of the site was designed with visitors in mind, and the landing page is focused on informing visitors about Bonza and featuring client testimonials as well as the latest job postings.

WordPress CMS

The WordPress CMS allows for quick and easy content management with custom post types for Testimonials and Jobs. Integration with JobAdder allows for automatic job postings.

JobAdder

JobAdder is a platform for recruiters, its main feature is native job posting. This allows Bonza to post a job in JobAdder that is then automatically posted on Job Boards and websites saving time and redundancy. A custom solution was built to import the data from JobAdder automatically into WordPress as a custom post type. This allows for a custom-designed job board and search and filtering functionality as well as improving SEO.
